Distrikt Surpasses 3 Million Square Feet Under Development.

Distrikt recently acquired additional high-density development lands in the red hot Oakville GO Station node area. The completion of this acquisition brings the total amount of space currently under development by Distrikt to over 3 million sq. ft.

The next few years will be busy ones for the entire Distrikt team as we work toward bringing several incredible new communities to market, including a new release of freehold towns at our successful Trailside project in Oakville, two new 30-storey residential towers on Trafalgar Rd – the tallest approved towers in Oakville to date, 75 luxury townhomes in Etobicoke, a midtown condo in Toronto’s Corso Italia neighbourhood and more.
