Joe Oleson

Joe Olesen is a Senior Analyst with Distrikt Capital, focusing on acquisitions and asset management, along with fundraising, deal structuring and corporate initiatives.

Prior to joining Distrikt, Joe was an Analyst at York Developments, a predominant development and real estate investment management company in London, Ontario. While at York, he was part of a team responsible for the acquisition and development of multi-residential mid and high-rise properties throughout Ontario.

Joe holds a Major in Economics from Western University and is enrolled in the CFA program.
