Jeremy Carson

Jeremy Carson is a seasoned and accomplished Senior Project Manager of Construction at Distrikt. He is responsible for Distrikt’s construction management and owner co-ordination from start to finish, serving as a trusted liaison and manager who collaborates with contractors, trades, and consultants to ensure the successful completion of each project.

Prior to joining Distrikt, Jeremy led full-cycle projects at well known construction management and investment firms including TAS, Rockport, and Aspen Ridge. Throughout his career, Jeremy has successfully overseen a diverse range of projects, including residential mid and high rise condominiums, commercial condominiums, purpose-built rentals, and retirement homes. Jeremy has earned a reputation for being a results-driven professional, capable of efficiently managing all aspects of construction projects. 

Mr. Carson holds certifications and advanced diplomas from George Brown and Humber College for both Construction Engineering Technology (CET) and Construction Project Management (CPM).
